Just got my food. Order took over an hour. And the food was COLD! The shrimp were dry and oozed in old batter and grease. The ranch fries are a joke! The gyro and cheese steak were one of the worst I ever had. The only hot thing was the soda! And that's supposed to be cold! Too much money, poor service, terrible food. I do not recommend!
Firstly, a room full of ppl heard me order cheese fries, they gave me chili fries and I am vegan ! The were cold and nasty! Secondly, for my salad they gave me expired dressing and it was sour ! They charged me $39 for 2 Caesar’s salads and an order of fries !nThis place is over priced for the food , horrible food ! They don’t even tell you a total and charge what they please! Don’t waste your time with this place ! I will never again order from them .
They took an hour and a half to deliver the food when they said it would take 45 minutes to an hour to deliver. Their excuse was it is not the only order that needs to be delivered and that they were really busy. I know they are short staffed and probably under excessive stress. But there should be some accommodations especially when they are marketing and promoting fast delivery & pick up on menus delivered to resorts. Highly unprofessional. Do not recommend if you are are hosting a party or excessively hungry.
Absolutely horrible. I ordered a 12 piece wing and 3 waffles. 1 chocolate 2 strawberry. Well 2 of the waffles were wrong. When I called to inquire about my order I was told we are sorry we are out of whipped cream and powdered sugar so we just threw some chocolate sauce on top of the strawberry. That's not what I asked for. She took my name and number and said the manager was out on delivery and he would call me right back. Well and hour later no call. So I called back. The woman who answered said the manager aint back and won't be back tonight call back tomorrow. As I was talking explaining to her im visiting from out of town she hangs up. I called back. At this point she is yelling saying I said u have to.call back tomorrow I can't do nothing for u. And hangs up again. I decided to grab a piece of the chicken before I rode to the store only to realize after eating a half of piece there is hair in my food. Service, food, customer service ALL HORRIBLE!! I definitely should have read the reviews
One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Traveled into town late. Ordered food. It never actually was delivered. Called to follow-up on it and was hung up on. Then the order was canceled after they said the food had been sent out. Should have looked at the other terrible reviews before ordering too!
