I miss Taylor from a few years ago. She was super nice and friendly. This place used to be great, but it is much less efficient and much less friendly. It used to be run like a machine.nnThey just gave me stale roast beef, and charged me for an item I did not order. They even threw the brown pieces from the end of the beef. How nasty! How could they go so downhill? Even the girl at the drive thru, tried to charge me 4.00 more. How many times do I have to repeat the easy order, and they still get it wrong!nnWow! Boy, do I miss Taylor. Even the Black gentleman manager did a great job years ago.

My food was cold. No sauce for sandwiches or cheese sticks. Arby's Roast beef had barely any meat. This used to be my favorite place to eat... Not anymore. My Beef and Cheddar Ha! Hardly any cheddar. What a waste of $37.00 for my families dinner.

I love Arby's. I don't eat Roast beef, but their chicken sandwich is awesome. Love the Gyro and the turkey Gyro. The buffalo sliders are great as well as the monzarella sticks

I ate a buttermilk chicken sandwich from here and 4 hours later I was puking and had very bad diarrhea. This is the only thing I ate that whole day and found out I had FOOD POISONING. This caused me to be dehydrated and nearly die. Just because I got food on my vacation to the beach. The rest of my family also got food poisoning from their chicken strips which you could tell they were HOURS old. I will never eat fast food again just because of this, this is not okay that the workers are serving OLD food that caused my whole family to get food poisoning.

This afternoon I witnessed an employee yell at another customer as he tried to enter the building. In a mocking tone she told him that he is “not special” and “needs to use the drive thru like everyone else.”nnI enjoy Arby’s food, but I do not condone this type of behavior.
