While vacationing in Myrtle Beach, we stopped at this Bojangles for lunch. The service was great, and we didn't feel rushed in the drive thru while reviewing the menu(we'd never seen it). We ordered a family pack and the meal came in a box to our surprise. It was extremely convenient and packed with our delicious and hot food, sweet tea, plates, cups, napkins and utensils. Ready to roll anywhere to eat up. I'll be back again, definitely.
Place Bojangles for an outstandingly miserable trip, you only had me at the line, I got to the check out in the young lady was gonna let me drive off without the large drink that I had paid for, and then after all that you forgot to put Creamer and sweetener in the bag which made my wife my add, and U know how that go so thanks.. Happy wife happy life.. I guess a morally as if I'm going to go to this Bojangles I better check everything out before leaving... Cause they're certainly not going to do that for me.
Food was good, but they threw it in the bag. Chicken sandwich was out of the paper wrapper and the bo rounds were upside down. No greeting or goodbye. Customer service and presentation needs improving
Didn't like favor of pinto beans. Chicken was good. French fries were very salty.
The food was great but the lady who took my order in the drive thru was very rude and didn't seem like she really wanted to help me. I placed a large order and paid alot for it. Just would have been nice to see a smile or get a thank you. I said thank you and she ignored me and closed the window.
