WORST experience ever!!! Just came to get my eyebrow threaded and the lady at the front was extremely rude and disrespectful. She kept telling me that “this is the best she can do” after threading off half of my eyebrow. I specifically and kindly requested for her to keep my eyebrow thick with an arch but she made it extremely thin with no shape whatsoever. Please save your money. She is so UNPROFESSIONAL, rude and definitely does not know how to do eyebrow properly or manage a business and treat clients. She has no skills that should be allowed in the beauty industry. RUN!!!
Highly satisfied Malik was not only very sweet but also excellent at what she does. She really took the time to explain and consider the shape of your face when shaping your brows and they’ve never looked better. Truly the work of an artist! ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f
Worst customer service ever. I visited her place yesterday and all of a sudden she started to talk about politics, religion and disrespected my values. When I told her to cut it off she said that’s her opinion. Expressing opinions and disrespecting other’s values are way more different things. This is a customer service business and if you don’t know how to balance your communication with your clients, you should close that place! DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!!!
