Glamour Nails

Went into this business on April 3 for dip power set. This wasn't the first time having dip so I no what it is suppose to look like and how long it is suppose to last. With the being said I was charged $45 for this service and the next day the top coat was peeling off. Then from then on the dipping power started chipping off and my nail was exposed. Today April 10 I contacted this business to see what could be done. I was told to come in so that they could see what was going on and would take care of it. Well when I returned to show them the mess on my nails, the professional that did my nails said she didn't do that cause they don't have the color. I explained to her that she did them, where we sat at and all, I even had my receipt for proof. Here comes the attitude, she filed the remaining top coat and just about all the remaining dipping power off and was just going to replace the top coat. When I asked her was she going to re-dip them since my real nails were exposed, she told me no they were okay. I walked out still with my nails a mess and she would even do a refund. So I loss $45 and had to go somewhere else to have them redo the mess they made. Also while sitting there another staff member had messed up another clients nails and the parent was upset and had them to go back and redo them. Poor responsibility, no friendly, will not stand behind there work. Would never recommend anyone to this business and I would never return.

Cindy did an excellent job removing my gel polish and filling my acrylic nails. She was pleasant and quick. My nails look great. I would almost consider going back. However, I've spent the last several hours picking excess acrylic out from under my nails. My thumb nails in particular are very thick. I realized she didn't sand the underside of the nails to give them a natural look and feel.nnWhen I went to pay she told me it was $35. I had called ahead and specifically asked the price for an acrylic fill with gel polish and was told $30. She told me I had been quoted the base price, and that it was $5 extra to CLIP my nails and FILE them!!!! As if someone going in for a fill wouldn't typically want her nails trimmed and filed???? No wonder she didn't thin them out. I didn't make a stink and told her to ahead and charge the extra $5, but she seemed offended then and only charged the quoted price. Then there was confusion about adding a tip, and it was just a tense interaction at that point. I'm sad it turned out that way because I would have liked to go back, but her demeanor about the misquoted price just made it incredibly awkward.

The lady that done my nails does not know how to perform nail services. My nails are awful she cut half of my nail off and shaved half of the polish off and I got gel. My nails have never looked like trash. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PALCE!!!!

I went to them with plans of getting an overlay and gel polish. Tech advised to do dipping powder that it last longer. So, of course we as women always want the better thing so I went along with it. Two days later I had 5 chipped nails and one cracked nail. To sum all this up I live in NC. So, I called them to let them know about my experience the tech says I can’t do anything over the phone you need to come in tomorrow. I said, ma’am I live over an hour away and I work tomorrow is there something else we could work out. Tech replies “sorry ma’am we can not do” and hung up the phone.

I haven’t had a pedicure in months so I decided I would treat myself with one today. I’ve had pedicures done by them a few years ago and figured I’d receive the same quality service. But I am very disappointed with how the polish looks on my toes... gel polish was used and it’s already peeling off. I won’t be going to this place again because wasting $50 plus a $5 tip on a botched pedicure is crazy.
