Beth and the crew here are amazing!!! The wife and I enjoyed coming here, and will be back. The ladies here are so friendly, but Beth is top notch imo. Her calm soothing voice and genuine care is like none other. You almost forget beauty is pain when she is doing what she does .......almost!!!nnWe did couples spa deal and I decided to do sessions of laser hair removal. Couldn't be more pleased. Ready for some more!!!

Beth is simply the best. Honestly EVERYONE there is so nice & awesome. As far as my treatments go, I just keep buying more procedures because EVERYTHING feels so good, but most IMPORTANTLY —IT WORKS!!! Ultimate wow factor. It feels like Beth has a million fingers -such a soft amazing touch. She’s truly the best.

This place is amazing! They have so many services I almost don’t know where to start.nAmanda and her whole staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I have gone a few times now and every time everyone is so friendly. I would highly recommend Dunes Med Spa to everyone.nI even purchased gift certificates to give out because I know my friends would love this place too!! A big thanks to Amanda who takes great care of me and I look forward to coming back again!

Highly recommend this med spa! Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable and they make you feel very comfortable. I felt like all questions were answered and that I received exactly what I was asking for without feeling pressured to do more. Let’s face it we all hate aging but with the help of Amanda and her staff we can all do it a little more gracefully:))

From the initial contact on the telephone I felt absolutely special. They were able to get me in on the same day and even called to see if I would like to come in sooner because of a cancellation. I’m visiting from out of town and I asked the young man at the desk if he had any seafood recommendations. He suggested a great place near Surfside where I was staying. It turns out to be the best lobster meal I’ve ever had! The Nurse Practitioner was fantastic and she had some recommendations that were welcoming. She let me know what I might feel and there were no surprises. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone and if I lived here it would be my spa of choice!
