I’ve been a loyal customer to this salon since they opened. I’ve used them for the rare times I wanted acrylic nails and have been getting my brows waxed consistently here for the past five years. They actually gave me my first eyebrow wax and got me hooked. I’ve had mostly perfect experiences and walked away loving my brows. However, I visited them earlier today to get my brows waxed and am wholeheartedly unsatisfied with my experience. While I’m not entirely sure how it happened, after my wax, the areas where wax and strips were applied are experiencing a continuous burning sensation. I believe either the wax was too hot, too much was applied or it was old- something was not right. The area surrounding my brows is painful to the touch and bright red. I can’t apply makeup to the area because it’s too raw, so I’m stuck looking like I have second degree burns on my face till they heal. Not to mention, my technician even acknowledged the redness and did nothing other than apply the normal oil they use to remove the wax, which hurt even more. My skin has never reacted like this before and I’m knowledgeable enough about the waxing process to know that this was a technician error in some way.nnDuring the past several years, the cleanliness of the salon has decreased, prices have increased and my brows sometimes needed a touch up once I get home. I will never be returning again.

Tony was absolutely amazing. He has such a good energy and a good vibe. He did an excellent job on my gel manicure and pedicure. I will definitely use him again when I am in town. Great conversation.

Loved this place! Took my grandma here while on vacation & the service was awesome especially from BE! She really took care on my grandma and made her very happy! Will definitely come back here to get service from her!
