They did a great job. Customer service was fabulous from the sales representative, Shane and then to the technicians Mike and Justin. Made the whole process very easy. Installed the next day after approval. They cleaned up everything and explained the equipment and what was best for our house. Their price was reasonable. I have used them for annual maintenance after they bought out the Company who sold me one of my units. First experience with a unit replacement and it went very smoothly. Very customer focused. Great job guys.
April 2020: Paul was fast, professional and reliable. Will use LimRic again.nnJan. 2021 - UPDATE - I have used LimRic for many services in 2020: a new water heater, main line shut off, clean out line repair and new plumbing installs. They are worth the price. Friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Shawn, JT and Donovan stand out from an already great group. Thanks also to Jamie for taking a frantic call or two. Will definitely use in the future.

Our 18+yo heating system went out on a Sunday, LimRic came quickly to look at it and didn't charge an arm and a leg. When it was determined that we needed to replace it we were given a couple of quotes quickly with no sales pressure. We were able to have the new system installed 3 days later. Everyone we dealt with was efficient and very pleasant to do business with. We would highly recommend LimRic!
Shaun did a great job replacing my condominium unit's water shutoff valve, fixing a shower cartridge seat, and replacing the shower head and spout. Had trouble for months coordinating other plumbers to get the job done. LimRic was quick and got the job done no problem. Very pleased and would recommend to others.
