Alvin was prompt, professional and explained what was being done and why. He spent almost 6 hours at our home.....resolving all the issues we had. Excellent service, came on a Sunday evening and fixed until he could get exactly what he needed the next day. He came back as promised. He did complete the job timely. We were also told the price throughout the process so we weren't shocked. Very professional!
