Mike arrived on time with a courtesy heads up text that he was on the way. Relatively small job that he explained what needed to be done and what he expected to see. Discussed the worst case scenarios to prepare us should the issue be much larger. Turned out exactly as he thought, and he was in an out with a quick fix. Fair and reasonable rates. Thanks Mike!

I’ve used Mike multiple times now. Most recently was to replace a tankless water heater. He helped get one priced well under the competition and made a quick clean installation. Mike won’t take advantage of you if you don’t know the issue, he charges the best margins for parts and labor that I have quoted. I plan on continuing to use Suncoast as long as he’s working.
Mike was great to work with! I was having trouble finding a reliable plumber that was willing to work with gas and run a new line for our new gas stove. Mike delivered and at a very reasonable price! He does great work and I know I will be using him in the future for our plumbing needs!
Absolutely first rate service! I had less than 24 hours notice that my pool heater was being delivered due to delayed delivery schedules because of Covid-19. Even though he had a full schedule, Mike made time to come over and hook up the gas line so my out-of-town guests could use the pool and spa while they were here. Not the first time I've used Mike, and certainly won't be the last!
