Edit: After speaking with the owner and having a 2nd staff member come to our home, I am satisfied with the outcome. The owner was cordial and understanding of my concerns. He did his best to ensure my satisfaction.
We had an emergency on Christmas Eve when my husband accidentally cut a gas line to the house. We called delk plumbing because we have used them in the past. Unfortunately they were not able to get back to us in time but did call us to check on us twice and offer assistance in the future so I was very happy that they indeed did return the phone call when they could and were willing to help if help was still needed. I still definitely recommend them.
Professional, personable, efficient, quick response at a reasonable cost. As good of service as I've experienced with any home services company.
