Nice place to stay! Brand new appliances and hardwood floors. Great pool area along with hot tub/grill. I would recommend trying to get a pool view room! Airport is a bit loud with planes always flying over but I always enjoyed watching them fly by. Management is nice and accommodating. Only thing I noticed is that sadly, not a whole lot of people use the pool or grill area!

I used to live there a few years ago and I can certainly say that they are the best apartments I used to live in Charleston, great management, amenities. The location is the best! Close to everything, walmart, Tanger outlets. I really enjoyed living there, if I didn’t buy a house I would still live there.nP.S. loved the coffee machine in the club house, on my wishlist to buy one!

We are retired and love our apartment here. Shopping and restaurants are very close, the grounds are beautiful and when it comes to luxury apartments these are the real deal. Staff are wonderful ! We're here to stay.

my stay was an absolute delight! I would still live at Centre Pointe if I didn’t have to travel for work. The office and maintenance staff are phenomenal, very personable and professional. They are one of the only newer luxury communities in the tri county area that has a full size laundry room in a one bedroom!nBest place to move in North Charleston, if you don’t want to be in Park Circle. Kyle, Lauren, Samantha, Cindi and Sean have gone above and beyond.nAs a multi family industry professional with years of experience, I can confidently recommend this community to family, friends and other prospective renters.
