If you’re looking for somewhere to live this is the comment you’re looking for. Yes I’m a real resident. I picked this place almost at random. I didn’t know what to expect from this place. Yeah it’s not brand new. Anyway I Moved in and then the pandemic hit not too long after. At first something didn’t work out but that’s life. But this place has been the best place I lived. People that live here look out for one another and there is a sense of community. They’ve been flexible with me through hard times and still manage to live comfortably. Once my first lease was up I told them I wanted to live in a roommate and they put me in a nicer 2 br with a fireplace for a decent price. **One time I wasn’t able to make it home and I reached out to see if a trusted staff member could take my dog out to pee and they did it for me! **nNo maintenance problems, they’re nice and responsive. Thank you Steven and Elle for working with me. I don’t have plans to deal with anyone else.

ARIUM North Charleston has been a great place to live. I appreciate the responsiveness and patience of the leasing staff. Stephen has been very helpful (seeing as this is my first time living completely on my own). I highly recommend this apartment complex. I have yet to encounter any drawbacks!

I am really impressed with Arium North Charleston and it's reasonably priced. The location is fantastic and the staff goes above and beyond to help. This is my first apartment and Stephen made the process easy.

I moved here during the pandemic, and everyone was super friendly and helpful getting me situated and making sure my apartment was fully updated. My favorite part of living here is the dog park; everyone is very dog friendly and the park has 2 sides for anyone who needs it. This was my first apartment alone, and I am glad I found a community that I felt safe in.
