The community is very nice, it’s located super conveniently right near everything. It’s a gated community and on top of that every building section is gated and you have to use your fob to get into the actual apartment building, which makes me feel super safe. Madison (our leasing agent) has been very nice and informative; she has responded promptly with any questions we’ve had!

This community is new and in a great location. The apartments are nice but extremely overpriced for a single mom as I am. Apartment hunting as a single parent has been extremely difficult considering my budget! I must say I am VERY satisfied with the upkeep and overall appearance, security practices of your community, accessibility to schools, parks, public transportation, and local entertainment, all staff that I encountered with was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! Great location, gated parking, gym and pool. The office staff have been very accommodating. I know my son and I would be very happy to be here and I would recommend to friends and family! I'm very disappointed with my decision to not move here but know what they say ... ya get what ya pay for. So I’ll be striving for a better paying job to make this happen! However, Mandy and the ladies in the office were the best part of this experience. Greatly GREATLY disappointed I can’t make this move right now but I do see this in my future. Thanks Atlantic on the Avenue Apartment for providing caring employees!

I'm a vendor and handle the pest control at this beautiful property. I've worked closely with Matt there and give him 5 stars. His attitude is always positive and I can tell he loves his job. If I could find someone like him, I'd hire him in a heart beat. If Matt treats the residents here 1/2 as good as he treats me, which I know he does, being a beautiful property, on top of Matt and all the other awesome property representatives, why wouldn't anyone want to live here?!?!

Nothing but great experiences here at Atlantic on Avenue Apartments! If you are looking at apartments in the area this place is hard to beat!! The staff is amazing! Tyson - the assistant community manager has helped me numerous times and today was no exception. She helped me by scanning something so I could get an email out, while I was working in the business center. Also there is a super helpful on-site maintenance team. I needed a quick battery replacement for a fire detector and they responded within 2 hours of my request. Definitely so far, so great!! :)

This is a great place for Trident Technical College students to live. It is walking distance to campus and in the heart of my college town. The employees are very helpful and very nice. Had such a positive experience! Thanks again Mandy for the recommendation because I was 100% satisfied with the apartments! Hope all the staff have an amazing day! Looking forward to living here this year because hanging out at the pool deck will be awesome. Until the next time we meet, take care!
