Silvana Oaks Apartment's is the best place in Charleston. Melissa and her team always give Superior Service, when they see you they will always call you by your name and it's awesome that they will take the time to get to know everyone. Everything is close by so you can walk and shop and the apartments are beautiful and spacious on the inside. Come to Silvana Oaks Apartment's and you will not be disappointed.

I lived here for two years and loved it! This place is very convenient to everything. Shopping and restaurants are literally at your back door. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone seems to be friendly. The staff is amazing. Anything you need, they will bend over backwards to help out. I highly recommend this place if you are new to the North Charleston area

Silvana Oaks is a great property with a great location! Melissa takes care of her residents and is always very attentive. I love the Amazon Lockers and that the property has “Poo Prints”. Plus all the great places to eat that you can WALK to! I love it.

Workers are very helpful and kind. Landscape is very neat and tidy. Swiftful moving in process. Miss Tiffany is absolutely amazing!

I would rate it a 2 at this time due to a lack of keeping promises. They have events set up and people participate in them. There was one for Halloween where you had to decorate your door, who ever has the best you get a prize. I've called the office over 5 times a whole week after they said they would announce the winner and said they haven't gotten to it yet. Mind you that my little sisters pitched in their own money to decorate our door and worked their hardest to make it the best. Still to this day, they haven't fallen through their promise of a prize nor had the effort to announce that their may be another winner. You just don't promise something to little kids and not follow through. Truly heartbreaking.
