The Shorter team managed my property for approximately 15 years. They took it through the '08 crash and all the way back through the years. I can't recall a time when the property was not rented. They maintained the property such that the value was able to grow over this time all the while keeping it rented at nearly a 100% occupancy rate. I have experience with good and bad property managers in other States, and I must say this team is very strong.

My review is regarding the sell of a property with Daryl Shorter. I only had the property under management for a few months so not really enough time to provide a proper review of service. The sales process though was handled very well and his knowledge of rental market and valuing properties of that nature was critical. Definitely recommend selling investment, multi-unit properties with Daryl.

Lol trolls. People can post what they want to without your input. I get it. You want positive reviews but you shall get none from me. You're a messed up company that needs to go out of business. And good luck to everyone who expects a deposit back. They will steal it from you. And my spouses review will stay the same, so stop trolling him as well. We can get you for harassment if need be.
