Food is always good, but I always have to check my order because they have a tendency to get the order wrong in some way
The staff couldn't be more unfriendly and rude. There are signs clearly posted the dining room is open, all I wanted to do was go in and pick up an online order and was rudely yelled at by the employees. It also would have been faster to build my own Taco Bell, hire and train my own employees and order my food than it took these people to make a taco. The staff also made me feel unsafe by not wearing masks while preparing the food. I WILL NOT be back to this Taco Bell on rivers and possibly never another one again if this is all the more pride that goes into the chain.
Love their mostly contactless drive through and the fact that the drive through person was sanitizing as i awaited my order. Also i love the fact that when i said thank you...she responded my pleasure. The food was good, hot and as ordered.
We ordered on the kiosk but it still took forever to get the order. I had been wanting a Taco Supreme for a while but it just didn't taste as good as it normally does. You also can't refill your cup. They ask you to get a new one. Everyone we encountered was nice and friendly. I'll try it again after the pandemic is over.
The wait time was not long at drive thru. Food was as expected from there fast food line up Not a place I choose to frequent but do go there for a change of pace. Staff was courteous
