Food was great. But I told cashier 2 separate times my order and it still came out incorrect. Not sure if they teach listening in arbys training courses

Lobby is closed due to covid. I do not own a car so I can't use the drive thru.nWhy is your lobby closed during dinner hours to accommodate potential customers?nYou didn't not only lose out on my business but possibly others as well. And trying to rely on your delivery services is very unreliable.

Food and staff were fine but harassed by homeless or beggars while in line. I ended up calling 911 while I was in the line at the scene it was dark out and there were two people out there on each side of my car. Very unnerving.

Very unprofessional. There was a drink nozzle in my Dr Pepper that was ordered, disgusting. Food missing and called restaurant and manager hung up on me. Poor excuse for a restaurant and you should not be in business, absolutely terrible. Get it together
