Things don't run smooth ..20 min wait 4 chicken and the chicken sandwich r dry
I'm from up north and this was only my second visit to a Bojangles. This location was great and very close to several highways. The drive-thru line was long but went very quickly. My chicken was nice and hot. The staff was friendly and quick.
Cajun Chicken Biscuits are the Best.
Terrible. Was asked “What’s your sauce, side drink” they put no sauce. Asked for a sausage biscuit. Gave me a sausage egg & cheese biscuit...& the biscuit was rock solid. if you didn’t understand what I said or misheard me just ask me to repeat it. Simple. I try not to be that person who checks everything before pulling off because I try to be mindful of the people behind me but I guess that’s necessary here. This location needs to pay attention to detail. Only writing review because this isn’t the first incident.
The crew appeared unmotivated and not at all congenial. The chicken was rather tough and I did not finish the extra breast I paid extra for. The slaw was quite acceptable. All in our party of 9 decided we would eat elsewhere in the future but as we return to Florida on Sunday so we won't be missed. Also, the men's room was a mess. Trash in the urinal. Liquid on the floor. A face mask in the toilet and no soap in the dispenser. This is store #000050, 4/9/2021 at 5:20:33 PM. Check: 1100304.
