The best group of people,I’ve ever encountered in a post office,

This is one of the best post offices I’ve ever had a chance to experience. Great team Lisa, Tonya, Jan and Eric always make you feel welcome and part of the community. Thank you for always being so warm!!

I recently had a horrible experience at this post office, I sent a computer to a service center located in KY, after paying for additional insurance as this is my work computer, attaching a label, and shipping it off to be delivered on Monday the 21st. As of Friday the 25th, it was still marked out for delivery. I went to my local post office to discuss the issue as I run my own business, and I run a hotel I need my laptop. The gentleman in there was hospitable as usual, and then a lady came from the back she stated that they would track my package, and they did very well, explained my package was sitting at a post office in Kentucky, waiting because they left a note. I left called Lenovo back and they insisted that couldn't be the issue as they never have problems and have never had to go back to a post office to retrieve anything. Upon hearing this I drive back up to the post office and spoke with the ladies there and was told that all I could do basically (after trying to explain to me that I didn't know what I was talking about there has to be someone there to sign for it, and acting as if they didn't know what a HUGE distribution service center is) I was told to call the post office, I asked for some information and was told they had to get it off google just like me. I left out of there with no satisfaction, told that I was speaking with the Postmaster (which in my eyes makes it worse) as if that is a huge issue. I have run business and have fired people for less attitude than I received at this office. I am truly disappointed and for this to be a small town I would expect for them to go out for there customers (you know the small home town feel). I will not use this post office anymore Id rather drive to greenwood or use FED EX.nnMary Mitchell

Yeah the workers are nice, but I sent a package on the 25th. It was Memorial Day weekend, but a important personal package that I paid to be sent that Tuesday (after Memorial Day). It is now the 10th, and tomorrow will make it three weeks. No pacakage. “In transit to next facility, In transit to next facility, In transit to next facility.” If you want to mail a letter or package envelope, it’s safe. Any package? Go in transit to the next facility, like Fedex.
