Chermarca was great! My braids were tight but they did not hurt at all. She did a wonderful job.
This is a WONDERFUL place! After being extremely stressed & upset from an experience at my usual salon, I found them. I called and booked an appointment. The woman on the phone (I forgot her name ) was so kind and sweet and booked me. When I got there I was greeted warmly and with a smile. The atmosphere was amazing. It was so calm. I waited for about 10 minutes and finally got back. The young lady Kia I believe her name is was outstanding! She made me feel welcomed and relaxed ! She took what I wanted done with my hair in consideration ! She was extremely sweet and gave me advice on shampoos and conditions to use. I walked out of the salon so relaxed and extremely happy. I will be coming back here from now on!
