I was cut by the nail tech and when I Went to let them know that I was cut they basically told me that they were going to do nothing for me and that I should call the police. Not professional at all. The manager would not even talk to me she had to have one of her employees talk to me and that employee was not helpful at all. He basically try to insinuate that I caused the cut on my Finger and that I was just trying to Get free services from them. I would suggest if you don’t want to be cut stay away from super nail spa.!!!
Took my sons daughter for a girls day, staff was friendly, space was clean, wore mask's and face shields full set and pedicure came out nice
Tina was great! She took her time and did a super job! I will an appt next time with her instead of a random technician.
I brought my own Essie pseudo-gel system in and the lady was beyond accommodating with it. Its closer to a regular nail polish than gel, but lasts longer than regular nail polish does, and requires a different set of steps. She didn't try to rush the process or act unhappy about it in any way. I wish I could give her more stars. Fantastic service. Second time there, and they have been excellent both times.
So I understand that we are all in high alert due to the virus spreading around the country. However, do not chastise my mother and tell her to leave due to a breathing problem. This is beyond disrespectful. If I can report this to the Better Business Bureau I would. That is not any way to treat a customer a you will I have to worry about any type of returned business.
