Don't get attached to a stylist. The next time you go they may not be there. The turnover is amazing. I patronized this shop for a couple of years before I came to my senses and realized that I was only getting a good haircut occasionally. If you need something simple like having your ends trimmed this could be the place for you.

My hair dresser, Pam did a wonderful job with my long hair. However, the woman over her (I presume) was very passive aggressive towards her and demeaning in front of everyone (customers and other staff). Thank you Pam for the wonderful cut, can't say I had a great experience with the atmosphere while I was visiting due to everything else.

I haven’t been back to this place in well over a year, and will never go back. One Saturday afternoon, I walked in to get my hair trimmed. I signed in. All of a sudden a hairdresser started YELLING at me to leave & said I was not going to cause problems in their store. I looked around thinking she must be yelling at someone around me, but it was me! I very rarely had been in this salon. I usually go to a salon closer to my home, but they were closed. I had no idea what she was talking about. I was mortified and left. I have never had any problems with anyone in there so I have no idea why she was yelling at me like that. I will not step foot in that place ever again! I don’t know what was wrong with her. She obviously needs help if she treats customers like that.

Tried to get a haircut, was told there was 100 minute wait. Atleast 4 people with no customers. Was told if I check in now they can cut my hair now because the other people aren’t here. I hope the franchisee evaluates their staff. 100 minute wait but no customers in the store.

Walked in, found out I had accidentally checked in at another location. One person sitting in lobby area waiting for their child to finish up. Was told by employee there would be a 47 minute wait. Hold on now, no other customers in the store, but you can't fit me in! I will find another buisiness willing to accommodate a customer standing in front of them.
