The first driver drove wonderfully and the next driver seem on edge she really had no patience and was so disgruntled to the passengers. This last driver is excellent and caring and courteous. As well there driving was great and since the last driver experiencing difficulty with the bus we are delayed. I'm thankful for all and safety. Cleanliness in station it's about 4. Courteous drivers 4. Safety I'm blessed to ride and make it to my destination soon.
Great atmosphere, clean organized, two guys kind and helpful. Coffee was wonderful.
I work with a Veterans Organization that was helping a homeless stranded veteran get home. The price to get this veteran home $146 from Anderson SC to Ashland Kentucky. First off the man at the terminal charged more than the original price ok it was paid. Then he put the veteran going to Lexington Kentucky not Ashland after he was told by multiple people. He then proceeded to charge another fee of $89 dollars to get the veteran home. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated and I plan to take it all the way to cooperate to see this through. Taking advantage of anyone is pathetic. #greyhoundbus
Quick fast service,prices little high
Deffinately customer orientated. Somthing happened in the purchasing of my ticket online where it was impossible to print it out at this location. The men working the register went to great lengths to accommodate me with any and every piece of paperwork they could provide, and got me on the bus WITHOUT a ticket. Awesome!
