Dr. Rivers is the absolute best! I first met her when she was working in Tulsa. My dog had complex skin and eye problems due to allergies, and I had given up finding a solution after seeing numerous Tulsa vets about the problem and getting nowhere. Then, during our first visit with Dr. Rivers for a routine annual physical, she noticed the issue and instead of ignoring it to get us out quickly, wanted to know more about his symptoms and asked if she could take a picture. She went above and beyond to do research and figure out the cause and treatment, and she is the only vet who has personally called me to follow up.nnDr. Rivers takes every problem seriously (even my absurd overprotective-pet-parent concerns) but does not capitalize on fears by automatically recommending expensive, unnecessary measures. I have the utmost confidence following her advice and proposed plan of care. Dr. Rivers truly cares about her patients and their humans, and she was instrumental in helping my family through the grieving process when our dog died. My family members and I now drive from Tulsa and OKC to Muskogee for our vet care and will not go to anyone else. Even though you may not meet her in person due to the COVID precautions in place, you can rest easily knowing your pet is getting top-notch care from a stellar vet and even better person.

They always do a great job taking care of their patients, even if the wait can be a little awful at times with all of the COVID measures. That isn't on them, though, they do their best to get to you in a timely manner and do a great job once they do. My dogs love the ladies here.
Even though our dog Ozzy passed I feel they all teamed up & did the best they could! Nothing but kindness from the whole staff from the moment we came in the day before!
