Went in because my phones service got terrible all of a sudden. Also, I pay over $100 a month on their “magenta PLUS” “Unlimited 5G” no slow downs after certain GB usage service which is the top of the top. Then they tried to blame apple for slowing down a brand new phone that’s not even 2 months old. Keep in mind I switched here because the service at my old carrier was to slow from day 1. The internet was fast for about a month then it went down tremendously! I use my phone and service every day constantly for working with my customers and I’m tired of calls dropping and their slow service. I just wish instead of lying to me, they would actually take the time to fix the issue. This is too much money every month for them to say “sorry about ya!”. Terrible...

Little disappointed ud83dude1ethat had phone to long to return, but understand. Thought had 30 days to return it. Service was great ud83dudc4dvery helpful in all ways.

Terrible experience! Horrible customer service! They tried to charge me for a mistake the they had made. When I disputed the charge, employee was very rude and aggressive. I am contemplating contacting management to inform them of the unprofessional behavior exhibited by their employees. I will not be back to this store.

After a few weeks of calling and begging for a return shipping label I finally go down to their shop and they say their gonna email it and they never did ud83dudc81 waiting over an hour on the phone being transferred back and fourth from Philippines tech support I still haven't received my return shipping label ☠ufe0f they stole 130.50 from me, if I could give a lower rating I would. Do not use this company.
