Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We booked a car online from the Muskogee Enterprise and went to pick it up, only to find out that they didn’t have a rental car available, even though we had a confirmation number. They tried to make it seem like it was our fault because they called from a number not listed on their website the morning of our reservation and we didn’t answer. There was no message, no text, no email (even though we opted in to be contacted by text). We drove 50 minutes to pick up the car, and when we got there is when we found out there was no car. Very poor business model, allowing someone to book a car when you don’t have any cars to rent! No accommodations were even attempted to make it right. We definitely won’t attempt to rent from them again.

It was fast and easy, no idea about price, my company paid. But the second time? They gave us a KIA SOUL - and - I'm hurt.

When I got my rental there was still trash in the car there was French fries in the back seats it was very dirty and there was no spare when I got a flat!! The guy wasn’t very respectful when I picked up the rental and I’ve had nothing but issues with them for the first week I had my rental I will never use them again or wouldn’t recommend anyone to them

We love Enterprise Rent a Car. Great rates, great service and our recent car was very clean, which is so important with Covid 19 now a days. We have been a long time customers and will continue to rent from Enterprise. It makes traveling long distances so stress free. If anything happens, they just bring you another car and off you go. We'll never be stranded for a week in the middle of no where waiting for a part again. Thanks Enterprise for peace of mind.
