I have had nothing but great service from all of the staff there and no complaints!! Every time I call or send a private message, my calls and messages are answered in a timely manner and professional.

My grandparents had to wait 3 hours after their appointment time just for the nurse and doctor to take their vitals and ask questions. They also said just come back tomorrow and we will draw your blood . They waited 2 hours last week and just left. I just think time management needs to be a thing there and 9 people don’t need to be on a computer and need to be in the back helping room patients . Just a thought!

Until this morning I've been treated great. Not sure why this morning I got treated like a junkie on the phone by someone I've never met before but I'm really upset about it.nI've felt with the pain since 2003 and finally diagnosed with RA in 2008 and have never abused my meds ever.nI seriously do not care what other people do as it has nothing to do with me.nI have great respect for Dr Vega and Lori.nI do not enjoy writing this but enough is enough.

Great doctors office and mostly Everyone is always so nice! I love the nurses and doctors. They actually care about you and listen to what you have to tell them. I recommend them! Love my family doctor!
