Holiday Inn Express & Suites Muskogee

Room was great! Bed was wonderful! Only issue was young lady that worked the breakfast. When we asked her When it started she was sitting in a chair looking at her phone, when she spoke she never looked up to answer us. It was 5 minutes before breakfast started yet she was sitting in a chair on her phone. Very unprofessional.

I hope the owner see this review and I hope the calls are recorded as well. With that being said..nnI talked to the manager and she was extremely rude to me when I was never rude to her once. I was simply asking her if I could get a refund for over $500 because I never checked into the hotel. She rudely said no they don’t give refunds to people who don’t show up. I asked her why she was getting rude with me when I was never rude with her, all I was doing asking a question. She then said she wasn’t rude and then hung up on me.

This is the most peaceful hotel I've been to Staff is wonderful. And to the elderly guy that helped me get a room in the early hours of the morning... Much love and respect to you sir.... May the LORD continue to bless you with his love you bestow on others...

We got in really late (about 130 am) from Austin, Texas. Front desk staff (young black gentleman) was super nice and accommodated is with a late checkout. The next day, the day shift was just as nice and helpful. The room was immaculate and you don’t really need to bring any toiletries (except deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste)- they have great smelling shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouth wash, etc. The snacks in the lobby weren’t overpriced and everything was very clean. I’d love to say we’ll stay here again, but this was a one time trip to Muskogee, BUT, we travel ALOT, so we will definitely be staying at other HIE’s and hopefully experience the same level of service. Thank you Muskogee team!!!
