The staff today was awesome!

Although you see employees as soon as you enter the store that doesn’t mean you’ll be greeted or offered help. I enjoy the store itself but disappointed with the customer service. Staff doesn’t seem to want to help. When they first opened it seemed to be a more helpful environment, unlike my last few visits.

Great staff, attractive product displays, and member perks make Ulta my beauty destination.

Very friendly and helpful. Helped me find what I needed. Everyone was great.
