Receptionist is the only helpful person here. It sad when the people we pay to protect our most vulnerable (DHS) actually puts them in a higher degree of risk.

This is one of the worst organizations I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Facts don't matter, truth is an inconvenience to them. They have a personal agenda that has nothing to do with protecting families. This group has entirely too much power and not nearly enough oversight. They border on criminally negligent when parents ask them for help, then try to destroy the parents when problems they were warned about arise. Pray that you never have to deal with them!
