WARNING, Extremely disappointed with this companies professionalism. Showed up late, Treated my yard like their ashtray by leaving their cigarette butts, misquoted the job, halfway cleaning carpet, saying the machine was working when they had actually ran out of water and just ran the equipment over the area pretending to clean. Went to call them multiple times to resolve this situation and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I would not use them ever again and would definitely advise others to stear far away from this company if they want good service.
They are complete con artists. Called them to put in new carpet and laminate. Gary and his wife come in without any samples then convinces us that restoring our hardwood floors would be best. All they did was pull up our carpeting then he left a boy at my home. He spent ten minutes showing the boy how to run a buffer then left. That young man completely stripped my floors. They took no responsibility and was going to leave my floors looking bad. When we confronted gary about how bad it was he said he doesn't do restoration. We paid him for the tile work which at the time looked nice but now four days later we have tiles cracking and popping up. I've tried calling several times with no answer.
