I’m never wasting money [80$] on having someone “professionally clean” my furniture/couch again when I can do it myself with actual results. I’ve cleaned my couch twice before this and I scrubbed my little heart out until it was perfectly restored. I should have known to put in the hours/effort again to clean it myself but I figured this time around I’d save some time. Unfortunately, I will still have to clean it myself and now I have lost money to a poor job done wrong. I wish I could add a picture, couch still looks exactly the same, just as stained as before. I also wish I could add a before and after picture when I, myself, get done cleaning it this evening. Not worth the money (so do it yourself because you’re the only one who cares). I sure hope they’re better at carpet. [update, added app to include photos]
