The service provided by Golden Rule Plumbing is excellent! We have called them over the last year or so for several things. However, we have never called them for the same repair. I appreciate the quality work and professionalism of the team. We have been extremely satisfied each time they have come to our home to address our plumbing needs. I would highly recommend their service.

My experience contacting a plumber for county water connection had not been pleasant until I called Joseph Allen at Golden Rule Plumbing...they came through! They were prompt, courteous and I was kept informed of their work...start to finish. Mr. Allen, and the men at Golden Rule Plumbing, did a great job. Once completed, he walked me through what they did and thoroughly explained it to my satisfaction. I will recommend them and call for any future plumbing needs. Thanks to all! Wanda

Thank you for your excellent customer service and professionalism. We had Golden Rule Plumbing replace three (3) toilets and hot water heater. They were on time, respectful of our property, and installed the units with ease. We are very happy for the service that we received and would highly recommend trusting these guys with your plumbing needs.

Had several toilets acting weird. Golden rule responded very quickly to our request for a quote and offered a really reasonable price to come out and look. They were really friendly when they arrived and made good efforts at finding us a cheaper solution before moving to more expensive solutions. Very pleased with their work.

Not a terrible experience, but won't call again. Had Golden Rule come out a while back to fix a few different issues. Scheduling was fast and easy enough. Guys were friendly. Got the normal warnings to fix some potential items, but were not pushy about any of it. The problems I had with the service were minor, but added up.nTurns out the work was not under warranty due to some specific issues. You probably won't run into the same problem. Then the price was around 30% higher than originally quoted, again due to some trouble that they ran into. Understandable, but of course not great. Work was done outside, but guys didn't wear masks and were spitting off my driveway as I'm right next to them signing my receipts.nSo you may or may not be bothered by any of that. For me, there are too many other plumbers around to try Golden Rule again.
