I called several plumbers on a Saturday morning and Matthews Plumbing Solutions was the only one to respond. I was desperate because the alarm going off on my water heater and there was no hot water. I bought a fancy water heater and Matthew was very honest and upfront about the fact that he had never worked on this type of water heater before. He asked me to text him pictures and instructions as he wanted to make sure that he could service it before having to charge me the after hours fee. I really appreciated that. He came out and ended up calling the manufacturer and discovered that a part needed to be replaced. The part came in on Tuesday and a technician from Matthews team was there first thing Wednesday morning. I will definitely use Matthews Plumbing Solutions again and refer them to my friends and family. Thank you Matthew for giving me hot water again!!!!

Sam from Matthew’s Plumbing Solutions came to my house today and I could not have been more impressed with the company and Sam. They were on time, extremely knowledgeable and gave me suggestions and advice on a future plumping project. Sam had several different ideas on how I could address plumbing issues in my home. It’s clear this company really looks out for and cares about their customer! The repairs made today were supposed to be done yesterday by another company who gave me a four hour window and showed up three hours late with an astronomical quote. Matthew’s gave me a two hour window, showed up in the middle of it and the cost was 1/2 the price! If you are looking for a reliable, honest plumber call Matthew’s Plumbing Solutions! Five stars!

Sam was amazing. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all of my questions, even questions not related to my shower repair. He checked my water pressure and hot water heater. Sam was helpful and extremely thorough. I HIGHLY recommend Matthew's Plumbing Solutions and we are now lifelong customers for our plumbing needs. Thanks, Sam, for being so helpful and professional.

I had a plumbing emergency over the weekend. Wayne was so helpful in getting me scheduled. Reasonable prices. Sam was able to come out pretty quickly. Super knowledgeable and just great. Repaired. Benefit of the emergency- I now have a new trusted plumber!!!!

This is 2nd time I've called Matthew's and am extremely pleased with service and friendliness of the staff. Very helpful lady who helped with what I needed prior to the plumber visit and the the plumber was early (a nice welcomed surprise) and very efficient and clean when he left. Great job, as always. I'll call again if I need a plumber and will be recommending to friends in need as well.
