Horrible experience at this laundromat. My clothes was stuck in the washer for an ENTIRE hour && a half. Once I noticed it was stuck I called the number that’s on the wall. A little boy answered the phone and told me he’ll let the person who owns the laundromat know what was going on. 30 mins had gone by so I decided to call again. No one answered but, soon after the little boy called back saying he forgot to tell someone and that he was gonna do it now. Now I’m frustrated. I happened to find another number on google and the lady who picked up told me to go to suite 3 for Veronica (I’m assuming that’s the owner.) I went to the salon only to talk to someone who had no clue on what to do. The lady spoke to Veronica and Veronica said she’d be there in 5 mins. It’s been another thirty minutes and still no Veronica and might I add my clothes are still stuck in the washing machine! Another 30 mins goes by && finally the family of four pulls up to the laundromat. It was the mom(Veronica,) dad, teenage daughter, and a child who they had in the backseat. From the moment the dad walks in he asks “how are you doing?” && I told him I’m not fine. I expressed my concerns over the fact that they had my girlfriend and I wait an hour and a half for him to see what’s wrong with his machine. After I expressed my concerns can you believe this man told his teenage daughter to tell us that he didn’t need our business, the teenage girl exact words were “Hurry up and get your sh** Get the f*** out and we have things to do.” After waiting on him and Veronica that’s what we get. Let’s also throw in the fact that Veronica nor the man knew how to speak English which is why they had their teenage daughter cursing at us. We were paying customers with a few discrepancies in the past that we actually let slide. The owners Veronica & her husband sat there and allowed their teenage daughter to curse and scream at us all because I expressed my concerns about how they conducted business. Definitely will not be returning to this laundromat and if you don’t wanna feel like a burden to these business owners I suggest you don’t go there either.

I had just moved from Delaware to Clayton. I searched for a laundromat that would meet my needs. Diamond Laundramat in Knightdale deliverers! Very clean, snack and beverage machines available, and plenty of change available despite the change shortages. Clean restroom. Although I hate Laundramats, this one is quite nice!
