Service is fine and I was able to pick up my garments and everything was good
If your looking for a laundromat, this is the place. Very clean and bright. Many washing machines and dryers. Also the Dry Cleaners is very good. Reasonable prices. Good service
I used to go to the laundromat around the corner but a few of their machines didn't work. To get your money back you needed to call a number and the staff was barely there. Here the staff is so nice and friendly. They always have what I need and if a machine is acting up (which only happened once since I been here) they will immediately give me my money back. It's always clean and even during Covid it remains clean the people keep their distance and the staff still remains friendly and eager to help. I love coming here better. Plus there's less people and more machines.
I got to the establishment at 7:06 andI come from Franklin County because of the 2.99 per item dry cleaning. Lily had already closed the registers but went over and above and got my dry cleaning for me despite being closed. Lily was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely go again!!
Prices increased while quality and service decreased. Promised back after 5 in 3 days. It’s been an entire week.nWhen received smells old and mildewy. Totally Destroyed!nMy bedspread is ruined after one wash.nHave lost clothes before despite presenting ticket. Would not recommend.
