The order I was brought out was in fact the wrong item. However, once I told the very nice guy who brought it out to me he was more than happy to fix the problem. Brett went back into the store promptly and brought out the correct item I ordered. It appears that what I ordered was pulled by someone else that works there and they pulled the wrong dog food. This would have been very bad considering my dogs are sensitive to the food they eat. Brett was very very nice and polite to help me. I greatly appreciated his prompt response in going back inside and grabbing the correct dog food I ordered. He is beyond 5 stars!

Face mask is required of course. One can be provided for you. Safety measures are in effect. Not crowded at all. Easy to shop.

Major props to Candace at the Knightdale Tractor Supply!! We had an exchange to make from an online order, but they didn't carry the item in the store. The sale on the item ended and we would have been stuck returning the sale item and re-purchasing a replacement at full price at a significant difference. She, together with TS customer service on the phone, worked out a solution in which we were able to reorder at the expired sale price. Candace worked this all out with a line of customers needing her attention on deliveries. I never write these kinds of posts, but it was such a great experience I felt should be shared.
