Wade is first class! He’s not just a plumber. He’s a plumber with a heart. He is customer service focused! My mom’s situation was a lot for her at the time, but Wade reassured her and does outstanding work. He is so knowledgeable and so good at what he does, how he does it and relates to his customers!
Wade arrived at my home on time and got straight to work. He made sure he kept me informed of what he was doing and what the repair would include. It is clear that he is extremely knowledgeable and loves what he does. I was so stressed out about the leak, he made me feel better constantly reminding me “it could be worse”. I received great customer service from Rachid and Steve. They both worked over 2 hours to figure out my issue. Required inside and outside plumbing work. They were great and very informative. I called and within an hour they were able to come to my home, which was great since I was unable to use water or plumbing inside the house. Pipetechs was great!
Wade is awesome. Not only is he great at what he does but his communication skills are great and he goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. Wade/Pipetechs is a preferred plumber. The company overall is great. I appreciate everything he and Pipetechs has done for our company.
