The staff was extremely helpful. Servicing during the pandemic is hard, but they handled it beautifuly. Cleaning both the inside and outside very well. A little more attention to the details would go a long way.
My windows could had been c lean better
Paid $35 + tax for the armor all special because I wanted a good detailing. They barely wiped the surfaces. They definitely did not use any special products when compared to my usual basic service. Also despite asking them for fragrance, they did not apply. They did not wipe the center console - there was some dried sauce there right next to driver thigh, above seat level so easily visible. They did not wipe it. I recommend only paying for the basic service as upgrading seems like a scam. Took them about 8 minutes for the process from starting to the end with 2 people working. They did not wipe side or rear view mirrors either. They did not vacuum trunk. barely vacuumed the mats, did not vacuum the seats at all. I was watching them do it, I wonder how little they would've done if I was not watching.
I paid $30.00 and gave the young man a $7 tip and my car looks a mess. I could have paid $1.50 at the gas station to vacuum my own car. Hopefully I can post pictures under this review because my car was not vacuumed properly at all. I asked that they vacuum it again yesterday after seeing the terrible job that they did and when they returned my car it still looked bad smh.
