I did the exterior car wash only yesterday. They sent me in behind a brand new unmanned Jeep Wrangler...mid-way through the wash the Jeep stopped completely and I did not. I hit the Jeep and pushed it through the wash cycle making full contact with the spare tire of the Jeep. We get to the end of the wash cycle and they question why I hit the Jeep. No damage was done to either vehicle but are you kidding me?!? The attendant said “it happens sometimes”. My car isn’t very clean and they let me go through a second time, still exiting and not as clean as other places. I won’t be back, it was a waste of money and potentially could do damage to your car.

I was looking for a new interior/exterior location and had saw good reviews of this location. When I got there, Jose kindly helped explain all of the options to me and walked me through Their process. I love that they pre-vacuum your vehicle ahead of the wash (I hate vacuuming and getting potential dirt everywhere after a fresh wash)! They had a nice little lounge with restrooms and vending machines to wait in while my car was getting cleaned. They offered my favorite black ice fragrance and my car got the attention it needed after months of not having it cleaned. Thank you so much Westgate Car Wash! I will happily be back!

This place deserves these 5 stars, they have an amazing cleaning process, right from arrival to departure they take immense care of your car and clean it till it shines like new. Visiting this place for the second time within one week this time with my second car. All kudos to the people who work here, thank you for your service.

we came to this place excited because we had seen pictures that seemed pretty appealing. the prices seemed VERY good for what was being offered. however, upon arrival, NONE of the employees were wearing masks. this made me extremely uncomfortable and i feel as if in a public business like this where they are cleaning cars, they can respect policies and wear a mask!! following that, the drying job was terrible - there were still wet spots all over my dashboard, window and FLOOR of my car! alongside that, i feel like the inside of my car wasn’t even cleaned besides it being vacuumed. all the trash was still there and the vacuuming job still wasn’t even that good. i payed $27 for it to basically just go through the car wash. doesn’t interior cleaning include cleaning the car? definitely do not recommend. highly disappointed.
