John (owner) has altered everything for my family and every member from myself, my husband and daughter. They even did my wedding dress and did a PHENOMENAL job. I reccomend them to everyone. Most of the time I go after 3pm to speak to John and have him personally do my alterations. We love 2.50 Cleaners and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I went there to get two patches sewn on a sleeveless tee shirt, and a collar to be hemmed, where a hood on a sweat shirt usta be.This was to be sewn over or hemmed down. It would be just around the collar. Those two things, the tee shirt, and the sweat shirt collar hemming, was going to be over 30$. The woman behind the counter did not seem interested in helping me with info about cost, until she was ready to take my items, then lays out, fir me to pick up ,w/o decently handing me, the receipt, that was already pretabulated for my payment. It was a pink receipt, that showed the over 30$ amount. I asked her if this was right, and she nodded yes. I said that is not acceptable and that I would not be doing business there. She acted like she didnt care anyway. No doubt. Alterations are not cheap, but that amount is way overpriced. Sorry. I do not. Repeat. Do not recommend anyone taking alterations there.Poor customer service skills, and not friendly.

I called to see if this cleaners just pressed shirts as I wash and hang dry my own and just need them ironed. Woo(the owner) told me that they did and the charge is $1.25 to press them. I took 5 of my husbands polo shirts in to be pressed and they told me they would be done the next day. I went to pick them up and all 5 of them had press oil on them. Woo denies that is what it is and told me I had to pay for them or he was not giving them back. He stood there ignoring me and assisting customers that came in after me. I finally paid for the shirts, they charged me $2.25 per shirt which is not what I was quoted, and will be seeking compensation to replace the shirts. He did not try to hear anything I said, he spoke very little english and probably did not understand half of what I said. I will NOT be going back there ever again and will be contacting small claims court tuesday. Poor business.
