Their cleaning, ironing, sewing, and prices are remarkable. I agree that the place is a tad off in terms of how it looks. However, their services are pristine.

I visited five star cleaners and dropped off 6 pair of dress pants. One pair of pants were stained on the leg from a splashing spill and I pointed this out to the lady that received the pants. Upon pickup I inspected the pants and everywhere the stains were now had holes in the pants. When I pointed this out to the lady she said she did not know what happened. I told her she inspected the items when they came in and marked the stains so whatever happened happened on their premises. the owner was not available and I'm waiting to hear from him. I will keep everyone informed about the resolution when I do.This happened at Five Star Cleaners in Asheboro, NC at 6232 E. Dixie Drive.

This place is by far the worst cleaners I have ever used. I took $800 worth of SILK shirts to be DRY CLEANED (what tag said) and they DID NOT follow instructions. I specifically asked for them NOT to shrink them.... they did! They washed, and ruined everyone of them... extremely mad is an understatement. To try to get anyone to answer the phone is impossible.
