Carrboro Police Department

I cannot stress how helpful the Carrboro officers have been to us since we've moved here. They truly care about this community, and I am so appreciative of their professionalism and eagerness to abide by the law when working on cases. Thank you so much for being here for those who call upon you (and even those who don't). It truly makes a difference for the better.

These folks are the absolute best. They have worked with my autistic son when he needs to transported to the ER. They care in every way about your welfare and are highly competent as well. I treasure them.

I am a school bus driver for the Chapel Hill Carrboro City School and Thursday Oct 4 about 3pm I mad a passenger stop at the Art Center by railroad tracks, I has stopped with red lights flashing and my stop arm out when a driver went by, a Carrboro Police officer stopped that car for doing. THANK YOU FOR THAT, WE SCHOOL BUSES APPRECIATE THAT. YOU HELP KEEP OUR CHILDREN SAFE.

I have a heart condition I'm dying from and after dealing with Officer Baker I wouldn't call the police here if I was dying. He acted like he cared knew what I was dealing with that I was facing things alone and then cut me off never contacting me again. He was very two faced. He lied to me, he acted like he cared and then when I reached out to him he cut me off like I was worthless not meaning anything. This left me feeling alone, hurt and he is treating a someone that's dying in this way you can only imagine how he'll treat you. I have tried to speak with him and his superior and got no response. I will not allow this Officer to help me or be anywhere near me.
