We have been using Carrboro Plumbing for 2 years now, and they are, hands down, the best contractor we've ever worked with. The service level is unparalleled and the workmanship is better than any other plumber we've ever worked with (by far). The team is responsive and fast, and you can really tell that this is a family-run business. Chris, Emily, and Linda typically get back to me within a few hours for standard things; they get back to me ASAP when it's an emergency. And we've had a bunch of the team out for projects and they're all top notch. Jeff and Corey are the two we've worked with most and the quality of their work is incredible. We've never had any issues. I'm always so impressed with how much they hustle, too. On projects where they charge hourly, they make really efficient use of time. They're definitely trying to add the most value for the homeowner. I feel like finding a good plumber is critical to being a homeowner. I do handy things around the house, but I leave plumbing to the pros. And this team is consummately professional. I recommend them to everybody who needs a plumber, and I feel very lucky that I found them.

Had noticed a water mark on the wood threshold leading to our master bathroom, next to the tiled shower. Checked underneath the shower and inside it and couldn't figure out its source.nnSim came out and tested several possible sources of the leak and found it to be coming from a (manufacturers') hole in the aluminum shower threshold by the hinge. Thankful to learn the source of the problem so we can fix it!!!nnAppreciate Sim's diligence in checking every last possibility.... and finding the problem!

This was one of the best experience by a plumbing service ever! Corey was respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and just all around great. My mother said he just made her feel comfortable from the time he arrived. This will be who we will contact for any future plumbing repairs. Thank you Corey!nn**Update. My mother had another major plumbing issue, so the first people I thought about contacting was Carrboro Plumbing. This issue was totally unrelated to a previous issue. From speaking with Linda to having the issue diagnosed & repaired by Jeff, Mark, Jack & Cory it was again an all around comforting, efficient, professional experience. They are truly a great business! Thank you all so much!

The job at my house was a leaky toilet plus a clogged shower drain with the drain cover frozen in place. Not the most challenging job to be sure, but difficult enough that I hadn't been able to fix the problems myself. I was impressed by Carrboro Plumbing's efficiency and responsiveness. It took them less than 30 minutes to fix both problems, and the bill was reasonable. The plumber (Corey/Korey, not sure how to spell his name) was friendly and arrived early. Communication from the office was excellent.

Carrboro Plumbing did a great job. Corey arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, explained what needed to be done and completed the repairs. Great service and pricing.
