Great little museum with indoor outdoor space!

Been here many times with my now 9 and 6 year old kids. They always have fun. Arts and crafts. Small rock climbing wall, etc. Affordable. Safe.

A wonderful alternative to the large children’s museum. Both my 23 month old and 4.5 year old found fun things to do for a while. It’s not too crowded or large so you don’t need to worry about losing a kid!nnPerfect for the traveling family or a rainy day activity. $8.50 per person, $145 for an annual membership.

It was ok & pretty clean; my child had a lot of fun, but I sure didn't. First of all, it cost $18.50 admission for us 2, & as another reviewer said, this is only 1/10th the size of Marbles kids museum, which charges about the same, and Kidzu doesn't even have snacks or drinks available for purchase. For that price, how about some free coffee or tea for the parents? They have an area where you can put your stuff and coats, but it wasn't monitored, so I wound up chasing around my child while holding jackets and a bag (note: don't shop at the mall before going here). My main concern is that once your child goes into the huge tree house structure, you can't even see where they are most of the time. Kidzu attached big pieces of cardboard, painted to look like clouds, all over the railings to further impede the ability to see kids inside. I couldn't relax on a bench at all; I had to keep moving around trying to find where my kid was. Unless your child is about 8 or older, I wouldn't be comfortable letting them roam around there. Also, they had some fun large wooden building pieces but not enough to build anything of significance. The arts and crafts area looked more geared toward older kids 7+. It got crowded Sat. mid day, and there appeared to be no staff on the floor or any security measures. I didn't have to sign a waiver, have a pic taken, give any info other than our names and email, nor show ID to get in or out. What's to keep anyone from leaving with your child, esp. when you cannot see where they are all the time? Add to the cost the likely added expense of your child wanting ice cream from the stand right outside in the mall. So it was nice enough, but given the crazy high price of going there, and my security concerns, we're not likely to return.
