Dated and a bit pricey but does a great job on any fabric

You may rate the service quality for the new management by your common sense after you review our conversations as below:nCustomer: it is scheduled to pick up on Monday morning but finished on Tuesday. There is one day delay.nManagement: who said it?nCustomer: The cashier said. (see the receipt. )nM: Morning can be anytime.nC: I was told it can not be done until next day when I was here on Monday. It was scheduled to pick up at 9am.nM: I don't want be back and forth with you. you got your jacket. You can leave.nC: but the marked stains were not cleaned at all. The cashier said it can not be cleaned. I doubt it. I think you can use stains remover.nThe manager came back with the marked stain removed but it turned out that there are still some uncleaned stains on my jacket.

Worst experience I've ever had with dry cleaners. Don't go here!

I have to echo the customer service complaints. I have used this cleaner's several times over the past several years with no issues. However, I have used them several times in the past four months and have noticed a severe lack of concern for customer service peaking in my interaction today. I usually pay in cash. Today I attempted to use my debit card. The younger lady with the short hair was assisting me. She was obviously under training four months ago when I first interacted with her, so I understood her lack of knowledge. The taller woman with the long hair is, I assume, the manager since she is always the one showing her how to do things. I handed my card to the short hair lady and clearly stated that it would be a debit payment. The manager was at the adjacent register and looked at me when I said this. The other lady swiped my card and handed me a receipt to sign that clearly stated credit it on it. When I said that I stated credit, she responded that the machine automatically does it that way as debit. I said it is not debit, it's credit and to cancel the charge. The manager then steps in and says they can't, it has already processed. So this is the only business that can't do this because, that is totally incorrect. She just didn't want to deal with it. She then states that they don't do debit so they don't have to ask customer's for the PIN numbers. I informed her that you don't have to have my number, that's what the machine is for so I can put my number in and a accept the charge. I asked her, shouldn't you have informed me of that. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. The other lady handed me my clothes and said sorry, she didn't know that and just learned something.

The price is great and they always do an excellent job, but their timeliness could be better. The last time I went there they all showed up 5 minutes before they opened so they were not ready at 7. It was 730 before I got my items and left. But as always everything was well cleaned.
