The staff here is helpful and friendly. I’ve always had great service from Ruth but Marguerite has gone above and beyond to make sure my orders are not only correct and timely but she also makes sure I am paying a reasonable price for specialty services. I went to get some things dry cleaned and the lady told me to come back and pick them up Monday after 6PM. I went to pick at 7PM it's not available so I had to return another day. Also I made the mistake of bringing our clothes with our good hangers. Of course they come back with the cheap wire hangers....just average.
John was absolutely amazing!! I brought in a dress jacket that had been ruined by another dry cleaner in Chapel Hill and he fixed it when others said they couldn't! I thought I was going to have to buy a new jacket. He was super nice, quick to fix it, and eased my worries right away. He truly has the magic touch! And to top it all off, he didn't even charge me. 10/10, will come back again!
Same day service is convenient and they do a good job. If you can plan your dry cleaning for Wednesdays, they have rotating deals that are good.nnBad situation turned around:nThey misplaced a suit coat. Mere days before an interview.nnBUTnnThey reimbursed me for the replacement cost in a timely and professional manner. It's a well-managed operation and they've kept me informed of the process along the way.
