Sent my couch cushion cover within 15 minutes of spilling coffee. Took 6 days and the cushion cover has now shrunk and doesn’t even fit anymore and the stain is still present.
So friendly and always do a great job!
They sent our leather jacket to an associate company for cleaning, and a few weeks later, it no longer smells like cat pee! Good communication, acceptable price, and now we can tell the cat that we don't have to take her back to the cat store after all.
Inside it smells like a smoking lounge at an airport. Customer service is fine and they did a fine job with my dry cleaning and redid something for free to get a stain out.
