First and last time customer, brought in an old indoor coat made of velvet, cotton and other organic materials for cleaning and stain removal. It shrank and no spots were cleaned, I asked for it to be streched out at least or leave it be if not, they shrank it to even smaller size and left black spots where the old stains were. the robe used to go below the knee and now it barely covers 1/4th of the leg. dont bring anything of value here, it will be destroyed. Beyond the poor technical skills, the costumer serves was good

I came here needing a rush cleaning and steaming of my dress, since I had noticed a stain on the front last minute. The staff were really nice and I marked the stain with them. The dress was ready on time when I came to pick it up, but no one mentioned that they hadn't been able to get the stain out - which was the only reason I paid for the service. Unfortunately, I didn't check it until the day of my event and so, had to wear it stained. It's fine if it wasn't possible to get the spot out, but I do think it's necessary, good practice to disclose that when the item is picked up, or perhaps as soon as it's noticed, so that customers can pursue other solutions.
